This hardwood restoration to us across the river to Eureka, MO. The particular neighborhood is filled with unique homes built around the 1960’s.

These homes were built sturdy and with quality products...but many have not been recently updated.

We were called into remove the old vinyl in the kitchen, replace it with new hardwood floors and then sand the floors in the kitchen, dining, living, bedroom and hallway.

Before we could start the sanding process, we had to remove portions of the wood floors between the existing dining room and the new kitchen.

Once the removal was complete, we could start putting things back together installing the new hardwood.

Finally, we were able to start the refinishing process. The homeowners chose our Heritage Brown stain color by DuraSeal with a satin (low-gloss) finish.

We even installed the new taller baseboards throughout the areas.

The results look great don’t you think?
